We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 30 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds & Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  1. All luxury watches purchased from North32Street are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  3. Any damage, alterations, or signs of wear on the watch may result in a partial or complete denial of the return.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your watch. You can reach us via email at or by calling our toll-free number.
  2. Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Securely package the watch, ensuring it is protected during transit, and include all original accessories, tags, and packaging.
  4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service representative. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the watch.
  6. Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned watch, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  2. If the watch is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the processing time for the refund may vary depending on your financial institution.


  1. Customized or engraved watches are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
